A native of San Francisco, violist Christina Wong has appeared in solo, chamber, and orchestral performances throughout North America, Europe and Asia. Ms. Wong has been a member of and held principal positions in several orchestras including the Erie Philharmonic, Youngstown Symphony, Ohio Valley Symphony, CIM Orchestra, and Juilliard Orchestra. An avid chamber musician, she has collaborated with members of the San Francisco and Dallas Symphonies, Cleveland Orchestra, and Tokyo and Alexander String Quartets. As an advocate for music education and outreach, Ms. Wong has presented concerts at universities, public schools, churches, recreation centers, nursing and retirement homes.

A graduate of The Cleveland Institute of Music, she received her Master of Music degree under the tutelage of Mark Jackobs and her Bachelor of Music degree under the guidance of Toby Appel at The Juilliard School. Outside of the classical music world, Ms. Wong enjoys cooking, traveling and correspondence.
